Die 1. Staffel von Soy Luna wurde am 14.03.2016 das erste Mal auf dem Disney Channel in Lateinamerika ausgestrahlt. Die Staffel besteht aus 80 Folgen, die in 2 Teile geteilt wurde. Der erste Teil wurde vom 14.03 bis zum 06.04.2016 und der zweite Teil vom 04.07 bis zum zum 26.08.2016 in Lateinamerika ausgestrahlt.
In Deutschland wurde sie in drei Teile geteilt. Der erste Teil wurde vom 02.05 bis zum 07.05.2016, der zweite vom 27.06 bis zum 22.07.2016 und der dritte vom 17.10 bis zum 15.12.2016 im Disney Channel ausgestrahlt.
Handlung[]
Die 16-jährige Luna ist wenig begeistert, als ihre Eltern ein unschlagbares Jobangebot bekommen und mit ihr nach Buenos Aires ziehen. Alles soll sich ändern, denn der Teenager darf dank der reichen Arbeitgeber ihrer Eltern auf eine Eliteschule gehen. Luna fällt das neue Leben jedoch sehr schwer, sie vermisst ihre Heimat, ihre Freunde und vor allem ihren besten Freund Simón. Doch schon bald entdeckt sie das Jam & Roller, eine angesagte Rollerskatebahn, in dem sie nicht nur ihr Talent auf Rollen, sondern auch auf der Bühne beim Open Music beweisen kann. Als sie dort den süßen Matteo kennenlernt und auch noch Simón in Buenos Aires auftaucht, wird Lunas neue Welt ganz schön durcheinander gewirbelt. Und das ist noch nicht alles: Luna wurde im Alter von zwei Jahren adoptiert und nach einem Mond - Amulett, welches sie um den Hals trug, benannt. Ihre neue Familie liebt sie über alles und hat auch nie ein Geheimnis um ihre Adoption gemacht. Allerdings wird Luna nach dem Umzug nach Argentinien plötzlich von ihrer Vergangenheit und dem tragischen Tod ihrer leiblichen Eltern eingeholt...
